As new homebuyers, we wanted to make sure we asked as many questions as possible in order to make informed decisions, and Sudha was very knowledgeable with her answers. Anything she didn't know right away, she would find out and let us know quickly. We appreciated her professional attitude and warm demeanor; we felt she was genuinely excited to help us find our home. Sudha was available at almost any time and agreed to meet with us after working hours on many occasions to look at houses all over town. We especially appreciated her hard work during closing when the deal almost went awry.

That's my experience with Sudha. I never wrote a review in my life, out of laziness and contempt for online reviews (I find them to be biased, frivolous, at times malicious and harmful to businesses reputation) but I owe Sudha as she truly deserve all the 5 stars on all counts.

Sudha is wonderful to work with. I told her the details of the house I was interested in buying as well as the specific location and price I was looking for and she would send me weekly recommendations.
