Sudha is great! As a young, first-time homebuyer, I felt extremely comfortable working with Sudha. She is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for all of my questions. She helped me find the perfect house, and even after closing on the house, she still answers my many questions on topics such as house painters, contractors, and such. Dani was great throughout the whole home-buying process. She understood our budget and what we were looking for from the start. When we found a home we loved, she negotiated hard for us to get the price within our budget. There was a lot of back and forth in the negotiation process, which was difficult for us, but Dani had our best interests at heart, stood her ground, and kept us calm through it all. We closed on our home during the global coronavirus pandemic and stay-at-home order in Oregon, and Dani was wonderful about planning for unexpected changes, modifying procedures due to business closures and social distancing guidelines, and making everything go as smoothly as possible during this uncertain time. She worked super hard for us so that everything worked out, and we're so grateful and happy to be in our new home!
