Danni grew up in both Eugene and Springfield. She enjoys helping her friends and family style their homes, plan parties, and is an elite crafter when she is not working. She has been assisting the Stephanie Coats Real Estate Team since February of 2017. She shortly after obtained her Real Estate License to help further her success on the team. As the Director of Operations for the Stephanie Coats Team, she has extensive knowledge when it comes to all of the back office duties. Danni also is a Certified Home Design Stager after attending Heritage School of Interior Design in Portland, OR.

Customer Service is her top priority and she hopes to help clients navigate listing their house or purchasing a home with ease.

Amanda Smith has spent her entire career committed to serving others in this community. As the Buyer Specialist on the Stephanie Coats Team, Amanda is able to navigate the home buying process skillfully with her clients. She has the determination to achieve any real estate goal presented to her. With many years in the service industry, Amanda is passionate about helping others and contributing value to anyone she works with. Through building strong foundations in trust, confidence, and professionalism, Amanda is very dedicated to the needs of her clients.

Growing up in Eugene, Amanda attended schools in the Ferry Street Bridge area. Her mom still lives in the house she grew up in! Amanda is proud to help people looking to purchase in a neighborhood she has deep roots in. Her daughter and son get to go on walks with Grandma on the same blocks that she did as a kid. That is where home will always be, and it is her joy to contribute back to those neighborhoods by helping new owners find their home to plant roots in as well.
