With over 11 years of experience in real estate and deep roots in Lane County, Kayla brings both expertise and heart to everything she does. A lifelong resident, she has built her career serving the community she knows and loves, giving her an authentic understanding of the local market and the people who call it home.

Throughout her career, Kayla has spent four years in management and leadership roles, mentoring and supporting fellow agents as they built successful, sustainable businesses of their own. Her passion for helping others grow led her to briefly step away from real estate to pursue a career in insurance—an experience that broadened her knowledge base and strengthened her ability to guide clients through complex decisions.

While the experience was invaluable, her heart has always been in real estate. Now back full-time, she is excited to once again focus on serving buyers and sellers while also stepping into a new leadership role with DC Real Estate. Whether she’s helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones or supporting fellow agents in their professional journeys, she leads with integrity, experience, and a genuine commitment to putting people first.
