Eugene and Lane County are great places to live and work, which is why Jennifer Hicks chose to call it home. With roots in California, Jennifer came to Eugene in the Fall of 2004. Real Estate is a passion for Jennifer, which began in 2013 as an assistant to another real estate agent, Brita Arcuri, who then encouraged her to get her license back in 2015. Jennifer absolutely loves helping people buy or sell their homes by providing the utmost care, service, and diligence. Keeping current on local market trends is very important as that allows her to help her clients navigate and understand the market so that they have as much information as possible in preparing their homes for sale or knowing what to expect when making an offer on a home as well as everything that comes after once clients are pending.

 

Her keen negotiating skills are very valuable to both sellers and buyers alike. Doing everything she can to ensure a smooth transaction and a successful closing is extremely important to her for her client’s needs. Jennifer loves working with people, and building those relationships is super meaningful for her, and it shows with having repeat business from previous clients, which for Jennifer has been the biggest compliment in this industry.

 

When Jennifer is not working, quality time is very important for her, so she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, or friends. Jennifer also cosplays as Wonder Woman for different community events or visits kids in pediatrics at the hospital. Bringing cheer and joy to others is very fulfilling for her, as she loves nothing more than bringing some happiness to children and families.
